Assignment included the completion of the construction phase, commissioning, startup, and handover of the facilities to the Operating Company. Specific duties included composing correspondence; weekly and monthly project reports; and contract change documents. Also, monitored certification of Completion Activities including Ready for Commissioning, Ready for Startup, Handover, and Final Acceptance documentation.
